MORTGAGE APPRAISALS:

Order ECO/805/2003, of March 27, is the Order that regulates the legal regime to which the value of an appraisal must be adjusted. According to the Ministerial Order, ECO appraisals must be carried out whenever a buyer needs a mortgage loan to purchase a property.

REAL ESTATE VALUATION:

In theory, anyone is free to value a property, meaning giving an approximate value to the property. A property is worth what the buyer wants to pay for it. The results of these evaluations are not recognized by any authority, they are merely informative.

VALUATION REPORT:

(Performed by a competent technician). It is a valid assessment before any administration or organization, as long as the technician certifies his or her own knowledge of the subject to be assessed. The only exception would be the purpose (Inheritance, judicial, divorces...etc).
